Light Steel structure warehouse is built over three kinds of steel structure members connected to each other:

■ Primary members (columns, girders, rafters, bracing…)

■ Secondary members (Z or C purlins, girts and eave struts)

■ Roof and wall sheeting connected to each other

■ Other building components（like gutter, ventilator, high strength bolts ect）

This kind of light steel warehouse are widely used in storage, to adapt to different regions and climate, it can be installed in very short time.

The entire primary members and secondary members are designed and fully fabricated including cut-to-length, punching, drilling, welding and fabrication in the factory before shipped to the site for erection.

At the site, all components are assembled and jointed via nut & bolt connections; thereby reducing the costs and assembly times.

We own six manufacturing plants which located in Jinan, Zibo, Qingdao, Weihai, Laiwu and Dongguan. Total area around 700,000 square meters, processing plants covered 160,000 square meters. Advanced steel structure manufacturing machinery and modern production line keep the capable of manufacturing more than 400,000 tons every year.

● Secondly, another team is composed of six workshops. There exist about twenty workers having rich working experience in each workshop.
